Cheesy Tomato Bake This recipe is excellent with fresh garden tomatoes. It’s great warm from the oven or at room temperature. 1 onion, finely chopped 3 TB. butter 3/4 Cup sour cream (not fat free) 1/4 Cup light mayonnaise 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS SEASONED SALT 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER 3 tsp. PASTA SPRINKLE, divided 2/3 Cup milk 2 Cups biscuit or pancake mix (see recipe/note below) 2-3 firm, ripe tomatoes, sliced 1 tsp. PAPRIKA 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 Cup flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 TB. vegetable shortening
