PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 1-2  Cups water (recipe calls for 2; we started with 1 and that ended up being enough for us) 4 TB. lime juice (juice of about 2 limes) 1⁄2 tsp. GROUND CUMIN 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp. salt (Homegirl Café uses SEA SALT), to taste 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste 1 avocado, diced 1⁄2 Cup chopped fresh cilantro 2 TB. vegetable oil 2 lbs. medium-sized shrimp, shelled and cleaned 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1⁄2 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp. salt (Homegirl Café uses SEA SALT), to taste 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste 12 taco shells
