FREEZE DRIED SHALLOTS) 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (or 1/4 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 5 oz. Herb Cheese Spread (or 5 oz. cream cheese mixed with 1-2 tsp. red wine vinegar and 1-2 tsp. herb blend of choice—TUSCAN SUNSET, MURAL OF FLAVOR, PASTA SPRINKLE and BOUQUET GARNI are all great) 1/4 Cup bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER 1-2 TB. grated Parmesan cheese, optional 1 8-oz. tub whipped butter, softened (Jennifer uses unsalted) OR 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened, whipped by beating on high for 2-3 minutes. 16 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese 1/2 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER 1/2 tsp. MARJORAM 1/2 tsp. THYME 1/2 tsp. TURKISH OREGANO 1/2 tsp. DILL WEED 1/4 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER 1/4 tsp. salt
